Since Lamadian Oilfield entered ultra-high water cut stage, energy consumption for water injuction and fluid production becomes higher, causing chanllenge for controling oil and gas production cost. Base on the actual coring data in oilfield, the actual flooding and substituing core data indoor, make use of the results of fine geology research and combine with a great deal of actual dynamic development and monitor data, this paper makes detailed study on the condition of ineffective circulation of ingection-production. Understand the formation mechanism and condition, distribution condition of ineffective circulation in reservoir under ultra-high water cut stage and the variety regulation of the characteristic parameter. Become a set of technique of discreting ineffective circulation of ingection-production inside oil layer. On this foundation, further study on solutions for controlling ineffective circulation of ingection-production and strengthen potential tapping measurment to improve reservoir producing degree in ultra-high water cut last stage. Actual work and the effect shows that this method has apparent effect on controlling production decease and improving development effect in oilfield, lowing development cost.
