This paper is the combination of actual geologic aspects, producing situation and reservoir sedimentation characteristic in Northwest Block of Lamadian Oilfield. When the oilfield is in the high water-cut stage, some problems such as the composite water cut has become high, the water-cut difference between two layers is little, ineffective circulation of injection-production is severe, liquid level of the low water cut well is too low to lift liquid, the inefficient low-yield wells are still account for a certain proportion, top breakdown pressure injection wells are main and there are still some casing damage hidden troubles are founded. Recording to this reality, the potential of both inside and outside of the layer, injection-production structure adjusting, the status of the occupying of every layer, fine adjusting between two layers and the asymmetry of dynamic production within the thick oil layers is analyzed reasonedly. Basis on facies-controlled model and fine numerical model, the distribution of remaining oil is studied. Basis on the geological section, development stages of structural interface within layer is tracked. Subdivide flooding within layer is took by steady structural interface. Basis on measure recovery studying, remaining oil is occupied effectively. Based on fine injection-production structure adjusting, ineffective circulation of injection-production is controlled and a suit of method of finding ineffective circulation in high water-cut stage is formed. After a year of comprehensive management, exploring new methods, improving the mature technology, tracking and anglicizing and summing up the experiences, recovery efficiency of blocks has been improved and the technology of controlling ineffective circulation has been enhanced.
