The Research On The Structure Of Technical Innovation Theory

100 years since Schumpeter put forth his technical innovation theory ,a lot of research has been carried out and many interpretations have been given to it .Schumpeter's"Economic Development Theory"and the subsequent findings made out further that his"Innovation"theory is called"Technical Innovation",which is natural technical innovation ,that is, traditional technical innovation ,which is listed with system innovation . As practice develops deep and the research of science and technology go deep , people think that science is the continuum which includes natural ,social ,and human science ,so technology is also the continuum of natural ,social ,and human technology .Actually Schumpeter himself did not limit his technology merely natural technology in his technical innovation. He thought it is the process which obtains its value by the usage of natural ,social,and human technology ,which are production functions .Technical innovation should be the continuum of natural ,social and human technical innovation ,which are closely linked and indivisible and chorus together ,whose common role are indispensable .The article studies technical innovation from the point of structure ,analyses various factions and points of view which people have done research on technical innovation several years since Schumpeter ,analyses the structure of various technical innovation and analyses its shortcomings according to the simplicity of traditional innovation theory structure ,oneness of goals ,and uniquity of principal parts .Over the years ,people have misunderstood Scumpeter's Technical Innovation Theory narrowly ,pursued one-sided value unilaterlismly ,emphasised natural technical innovation , neglected social technical innovation , done little research on human technical innovation ,so made the usage of technology"alienation". While the implementation of technical innovation has brought out tremendous economic success ,an ecological ,social ,environmental and human self-development crisis has come about increasingly . If the positive functions of technological innovation should be played full and negative functions should be restrained ,we should carry out the ecological conversion of technical innovation .Ecological technical innovation considers economic increase as its center ,pursues natural ecological balance ,social ecology harmoniously and orderly and is based on the human comprehensive development .Starting from social needs ,it is the dynamic process which changes natural,social and human technical innovation into the value of...
