The 21st century marks the arrival of Information Age and Knowledge Economy, which is characteristic with multi-media and Internet technology. New Age demands qualified talents who must be highly informative. And in the meantime, the view of learning has also changed, from "storage study" to "lifelong study", the latter brings in a great challenge for Chinese education.This Chinese education reform especially stresses the integration of information technology and curriculums. The integration of information technology and curriculums will play an important role in the various sections of curriculum and even give them some changes. Recently, Many districts and units in our country have explored tentatively all kinds of curriculums, especially the integration of information technology and arts curriculums, obtaining effects to some extent. However, relatively speaking, there is little experience in the integration of information technology and science curriculums, especially less research on how to integrate the physics subject in normal school with information technology.This paper, based on a series of teaching practice, starting from the background, the significance and the mode of curriculum integration, with the teaching of square of physics course and new course standard of senior high school as its research objective, discusses the process and the mode the integration information technology and physics teaching and points out the importance and feasibility of carrying out the integration at present, so the teaching mode of the integration between information technology and Physics teaching is established.This task explores the mode of integration between Information Technology and Physics Teaching from various aspects, such as the identification of concepts, the theoretical foundation and the procedure of implementation. Besides, the author does research on this mode in practice. It is a useful way to achieve the cultivating aim of knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion and outlook on value by integrating information technology with physics teaching.
