With the coming of the information society and the actualizing of the new course standard, the innovation of education and teaching becoming more strengthened, new conception,method and technique in education scopes becoming heavily penetrate and conformity, modern education technology is going to be a new increasing point and supporting point of basic education development in our country, breaching point and highest point of the innovation of new course. Questing for using modern education technology to advance new course standard, taking information technology to conformity physics course, are not only be propitious to students to study the information and skills of physics, but also be propitious to fosterBased on analyzing literatures and researching into practice, the p students to collect information and accelerate the innovation to teach physics. It's a content investigate problem.aper takes a comprehensive investigation on information technology and course integration. It illuminates what information technology and course integration is ever from multi-angles and how to do it. Moreover we use the principle in practicing integration of information technology and college physics.There are three parts in theory investigation. The first part is the theory investigation of information technology and course integration. Because the concept of information technology and course integration is in a equivocal situation at present, based on reading a lot of papers and working out the concepts of"information technology"and"course", the paper defines the connotation,essential,the intent of investigation,fundamental and administrative levels of information technology and course integration clearly. So we should know what to do and how to do about it. The second part is about how to practice information technology and college physics integration. From facets as teacher,student,teaching resource and so on, the necessary conditions,needs and methods to practice information technology and course integration are brought forward. The third part, based on the guidance of study theory of constructivism, filtered with the educate ideology of seeing pupil as the principal part,taking teacher as guidance, the teach design mode of give priority to teach and give priority to learn are brought forward. Then college physics should adopt which teach design mode is summarized. In the part of practical exploration, we discuss how to use the theory of information technology and college physics integration to instruct practice, and apply the theory into practice. Here it's important to investigate on two aspects. one is using information technology in college physics teaching, aiming at how to use information technology to change the abuse in college physics teaching. The other is using college physics in information technology teaching, using C language to exploder physics courseware, to achieve every knowledge recombination; this is also the innovation of the paper.
