On the basis of fully collect and analysis the geologic structure and the condition of groundwater's recharge , runoff and discharge in Heze city ,This paper analysis the development and utilization target aquifers' which contain shallow groundwater position, thickness, characters of rock, distribution of zone, the type of groundwater and the dynamic characters of ground water level.According to the groundwater observation data from 1993 to 2003, over exploited region can be determined. During the observation period, some areas 'groundwater level has dropped year by year, they are: the city zone of Mudan region, Malinggang, Juye, the south of Yuncheng, Shanxian, the east of Caoxian and the south of Chengwu. Therein, the velocity of decline in the east of Mudan region and Dingtao, the southeast of Shanxian is larger than others, the value of the velocity is 0.5 m/a .Determining the over exploited area's distribution of shallow pore water .The Shanxian is the largest over exploited area, which is 1358 km~2; Juye, Wanfeng, Chengwu and Wenshang are larger over exploited area, which is 242 km~2; Mudan region and the city zone of Yuncheng are minor over exploited areas , their area is 121km~2 and 71km~2 respectively. The amount of groundwater resources is 2.7923 ×10~8 m~3/a, in the dynamic survey area, and the allowable withdrawal of groundwater is 2.3176×10~8 m~3/a. The Exploitable Modulus is 12.9×10~4 m~3/a. km~2.The regression model of the variation of groundwater level with precipitation and exploitation is built. On the basis of the regression model the groundwater level can be predicted. In the first scenario, the exploitation is current, and the level is up to 1.02m, down to 0.63m, 1.65m, 2.19m respectively with the precipitation probability of 25%, 50%, 75% and 90% on October 1, 2008. In the second scenario, with the precipitation probability 50% the groundwater level variation is down to 0.17m, 0.15m, 0.11m, 0.05m, and 0.01m respectively because of the decline of exploitation, and the percentage is 20%, 30%, 50%, and 100%.The overdraft of groundwater resources can influence the environment of Heze...
