Study On Management Control Water Level And Assessment Of Treatment Effect Of Groundwater Overdraft In Guantao County

In order to restrain the situation of groundwater overdraft and achieve the sustainable utilization of the groundwater resources,evaluation of the effect of comprehensive management of groundwater over mining is of great significance.It is necessary to study on the control and management of groundwater table,so that we take strict measures to preserve and manage groundwater resources,and promote the management pattern of the control of groundwater extraction and water table control.This paper chose Guantao County as the research object,structured an evaluation system for effect comprehensive management of groundwater over mining by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),research the control and management of groundwater table of Guantao County based on the principle of water balance,It was hoped that the method can provide reference for reducing groundwater exploitation in future.This paper has done the following work and got the conclusions around the above two aspects:(1)Collecting information on hydrogeological data and water conservancy projects in Guantao County,gathering the groundwater exploitation,water quality changes,and groundwater tables in Guantao County in recent years,Measures and implementation of groundwater overexploitation in Guantao County in 2014 and screening and sorting out of collected data.(2)Taking Guantao County of Handan City,Hebei Province as the research object,based on the status of groundwater development and utilization,the degree of over-exploitation was analyzed,and comprehensive analysis was made on the mining coefficient,the amplitude of groundwater level,and the degree of deterioration of water quality,it was determined that Guantao County is an overabundance mining area.(3)The Guantao County over mining comprehensive management plan involves seven measures including agricultural engineering measures,water conservancy engineering measures,market and management measures.It uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the effects of over-harvesting comprehensive treatment,including selected evaluation indicators,determine the index evaluation criteria,establish an evaluation index system,construct a judgment matrix,determine the weights,and obtain the results.According to the analysis of the evaluation results,the comprehensive treatment of over-exploitation in Guantao County is effective,and the construction of the evaluation system can be expanded.(4)This paper studied the methods and index types of the control and management of groundwater table,and put forward the water tables of shallow groundwater and deep groundwater using the methods of the groundwater balance and historical data.After research and analysis,shallow groundwater delineated the red line,yellow line and blue line;deep groundwater determines the depth of control.
