The Evolution Characteristic Of Coastal Resource On Remote Sensing And Its Value Evaluation In Panjin City

The coastline is endless, and the area of coastal resources is extremely large in our country. It can be an important potential reserved resource to our vast population and limited farmland country. The land resource is gradually shortage today, so it signally for China to make good use of coastal resources. In recent ten years, under the influence of natural environment and the reformation of jamming, large area coastal resources were exploited, the evolution of coastal resources was accelerated. As the main source of national resources, its development and exploitation deserved should be paid more attention. This thesis study on costal resource of Panjin, analysis the dynamic evolution characteristic, and combine to the investigated data to evaluate coastal resource s'value.This thesis use remote sensing technique to deal with picture processing and research. Rely on the result, thesis combines to the investigated data to analysis the development, exploitation and perish of the coastal resources. From two angles of the changes of coast line that under the influence of natural environment and the reformation of jamming to announce the evolution characteristic. At the end, the thesis through value and price theories of coastal resources, treat it as land resource, use income method to evaluate coastal resources'value under different development model. Studied result show the follow conclusion:(1) After 80's, coastal resources in research area changed obviously. Undering the influence of the transition of the coastline ftom 1988 to 2001, coastline forward movement is the main phenomenon, forward moved clearly. Partial region occurred retrogradation and the scope was smaller. Compared with the period of 1988-1996, the transition is more activity in after date. Because of the continuously changes of the coastline, the area of the coastal resources increased and the trend will keep on.(2)Subjected to the strong interference of jamming, large area coastal resource in research area was exploited. Until the year 2001, the whole coastal resources only reserve 28.93%, and the main exploited direction was breed aquatics surface, paddy field and bulrush filed. During the research period, region studied to build numerous shrimp ponds and reservoir, in order to develop farming, and make the area of breed aquatics surface increased 142 percentage; Secondly, the farmland development before the city and the agriculture development item of"DaYu"cup start in 1986 fostered the increment of the paddy field area and 22.60% coastal resources were exploited to make use of paddy field. Then 5.06% coastal resources apply constructing at water conservancy, was built into reservoir. Compared with artificial wetly, natural resources in region lose severity and the lost area reach to 341159 m2. Although build river embankment protected the bulrush filed, bulrush filed in the area still decreased and the mainly reason for it was that, planting bulrush grass tend to concentration, bulrush filed which surrounding the plantation were reclaimed into paddy field or change into breed aquatics surface.(3) During the research period, artificial resources area in the region increased, by contraries natural resources area decreased. In addition to be influenced by jamming, the changes also have a relation with weather variety about recent 30 years. Compare with the period from 1988 to 1996, the total area of artificial wetly in study area keeping on growing after 1996. If this tendency kept on, as a result large area natural resources decreased, the phenomenon will threaten the ecosystem balance of the region seriously and break existing existent environment. If the coastal resources are being evolving at this rate, the land use structure will worry the person in the future, and the situation of protecting natural resources will be rigorous.(4)Different land use directions of coastal resources have difference value. The value of breed aquatics is higher than other directions; the biggest developing value is tour industry, and the value will keep on rising. Although the value of insolate salt industry looked to be more optimistic, it's processes production line belong to industry process and the exhausted sewage will break the ecosystem environment, the amount of salt works in the region was restricted, so the value motion of insolate salt industry will not be too large in the near future; The value of bulrush filed that used for industrial production is far smaller than used for tour.(5)The research of the coastal resources in both side with natural and economic in Panjin city, remind people must pay more attention to protect ecosystem environment at the time of developing coastal resources. We should pay more attention to regulate the industrial structure reasonably, optimize allocation of coastal resources, look for the best development mode, carry on an information-based management to coastal resources, and carry out resources value evaluation periodically to realize continually using of coastal resource in research area.
