Study On The Geological Influence Factors Of The Assets Value Of Mineral Reserve

The mineral resources value always has two viewpoints in the theory: the mineral resources are valueless and the mineral resources are valuable. The mineral resources are the foundation of human being' development in the 21st century. The sustainable development of mineral resources is very important to human society and the development of national economy. Through many experts or scholar's research: the mineral resources are valuable. The research of the assets of mineral resources is helpful to state assets protection, strengthen the assets management and improve resources efficiency.Main research work is as follows:(1) This paper introduces features of mineral resources and assets, and mineral resources are transformed into the assets of mineral resources. Study on the assets of mineral resources' development, we find the assets of mineral resources contain the assets value of mineral reserves, the value based on human work and environmental value.(2) Mineral economic recoverable reserve, production rate and remaining economic recoverable reserves determine the influence rate of mineral economic recoverable reserves. The thickness of ore body and modulus border determines the influence rate of ore body shape. Ore grade and associated elements determine the influence rate of ore quality. The depth of mine shaft, water flaw and rock firmness influence the assets value of mineral reserves.(3) Using the method of AHP to construct the model of the assets value of mineral reserves. If the rate has little effect, the mineral geological condition is severe, and the assets value of Mineral Reserves is low; if the rate has great effect, the mineral geological condition is good, and the assets value of Mineral Reserves is high.(4) Introduce the influence of geological factors on the assets value of mineral reserves at Beiminghe Iron Mine, and analyze the composition and the change at the assets value of mineral reserves. This paper has certain reference value for mineral resources and assets assessment of mineral resources.
