It is very important that how to realize the changing information's outside checking, surveying and renew the database fast. The thesis investigates and brings forward a kind of technology method that outside checking and changing, this method can check and survey the changing region, renew the database, realize integrative operation, raise working efficiency and ensure data renews mass. This method adopts eSuperMap as embedded GIS Platform completes all of the exploitation work by EVC, realizes leading-in of remote sensing data and raster data, graphic edit and data management, the edited and entered of attribute information, changing region's collection land database renew.Realize outside surveying in land utilization dynamic monitoring, and has been applied in practice.
