With the development of spatial science, the application of Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) has flourished. Especially Differential Interferometic SAR (D-InSAR), which is sensitive to the change of topography, has been more and more popular in monitoring topography-displacement for its high resolution and precision measurement in displacement-field.However, the result in practice is not as ideal as it should be in theory for some disturbing factors, such as decorrelation, noise and limition of image- geometry. So it is obviously meaningful and of value to study on how to improve the quality of the InSAR data so that it could provide a better service. The factors that disturb the application of D-InSAR and the impacts of these uncertainties of phase measurement, orbits on the products of D-InSAR are discussed in this paper. Meanwile the methods how to minimize these impacts are given for every factor. Attention is especially paid to two key techniques, precision registration which steps from course to fine result and filtering set for noise suppression. In order to make a comparison between the different processing algorithms, almost all the algorithms are provided with the processing result of real data or simulated data. Finally the originality work and the important conclusion of this dissertation are summarized. Some regrets of this dissertation are also outlined.
