Research On Checking Of DLG Data Quality Based On Rules

In recent years, with the implimentation of China's Digital City project and its fast steps. Digital Line Graphic (DLG) which is the most fundamental and important information carrier, enlarged its production scale rappedly. As the main data resource of GIS, the quality of the data that affects the result of the operation by GIS. The current method of data-checking which has many shortcomings such as nonstandard check, low inefficient, errors and so on. Therefore, research on how to check the DLG data quality automatically with high efficiency and veracity come to become one of the most important parts of digital city project.The paper based on the analysis of spatial data quality standards, rules, and the characteristics of the data model, based on theory and practice, comprehensive and systematic discuss the data quality check method. Main contents as follows: -(1) Research on the topology rules of spatial data and establish the rich rules. According to spatial data quality inspection requirements in the different trades, edit rules flexible in rules database. You can actualize User-defined rules of inspection, and suffice the specific check method in specific industry.(2) According to DLG's national standards and local norms, research and establish standard rules template which it is for checking spatial data's attributes. Using the method which matches the standard template to inspect the DLG data's attributes.(3) Study how to unify AutoCAD development and ArcEngine development. Carries on the selected method to inspect the different formats of data so that the need to check spatial data can be comprehensive inspected, and also can focus on the core elements of the inspected targets.(4) Refer to existing standards and to consider some of the present standardization of urban spatial data, explore specific check spatial data methods and inspection what.
