Because of skin was important in the development from amphibian to creeping amniotes,so we studied the skin and integument—sense receptor in Japalura splendida Barbour and Dunn , and speculated the organs' function in living. The experiment used the structural dye—H-E dyeing method to invest the skin sense receptor in epidermis of Japalura splendida Barbour and Dunn. The immunochemistry method targeted the keratin. The results indicated the skin of the Japalura splendida Barbour and Dunn which composed of epidermis and dermis, that as well as in other umniotes. It was a especial structure that was epidermis receptivity organ in which there was a sense receptor fair in the epidermis. The general epidermis was composed of five layers which were oberhautchen, corneousβ—layer, mesos, corneousα—layer, germianal layer from outer to inner. Except the corneousβ—layer, the structure of epidermis of sense receptor was resemble that of general epidermis. There was a Meissner's corpuscle-like strcture in the dermis of sense receptor, that adjact to nerve fiber. We speculated the function of sense receptor was sensitive to temperature and machine stimulation,sensitivitve to radicalization energy. It maybe regulate the body's temperature.We studied the ratio between corneousβ—layer thickness and corneousα—layer, thickness in different temperature and stages condition. We could find that the ratio was higher in lower temperature, the results indicated that corneousα—layer's and corneousβ—layer's function changed in different stages.Studing the AE3 antigen protein's express in Japalura splendida Barbour and Dunn, we could find the AE3 antibody effected in oberhautchen,corneousβ—layer,corneousα—layer. With the deluting antibody , the intersity of oberhautchen was most, corneous a—layer was least. At last, only oberhautchen and receptivity feather immuned to AE3 antibody through diluting antibody. The result indicated that the structure in oberhautchen was same to that of in sense receptor hair. The results suggested that AE3 antigen proteins affluently inhabit in oberhautchen. The prior to express in Japalura splendida Barbour and Dunn's oberhautchen and corneousβ—layer indicated that the protain's function maybe to protect themselves and sensitived to radicalization. The prior to express in high temperature indicated that the protain's function maybe relate to temperature.As a word, the results was important at studing the homologoes between creeping amniotes' sense receptor and birds' feather.
