Since the 1950s, Aero Geophysical Survey & Remote Sensing Center has accumulated large amounts of various aero geophysical survey data and research results. In order to manage and use these data better, in 2003, China Geological Survey Bureau set up a project - "Construct Database of Aero Geophysical Survey". The project's main objective was to establish Database of Aero Geophysical Survey and to develop the corresponding Information Management System. The Data Acquisition System of Aero Geophysical Survey and the Application System are two subsystems of the Information Management System.The Data Acquisition System of Aero Geophysical Survey and the Application System are all based on the .NET Framework of Microsoft. The two systems manage the data of Aero Geophysical Survey through Oracle and display spatial data through the graphics interface, which is provided by ArcGis of ESRI. The Acquisition System is designed for storing data to the database. The Application System is designed for processing the local data or the data of database according to different requirements.The contents of this paper, which are part of these two systems, are as following:1. Research and develop the module of Data Import, which belongs to the Acquisition System. A certain format data of Aero Geophysical Survey can be stored to the database after some initial inspection by this module.2. Research and develop the function of aero geophysical survey grid design which can carry out the planar design of survey grid and visual editor on the graphics interface. It can also calculate kilometers of survey grid, and generate aero navigation documents etc.3. Research and develop the module of statistic of petrophysical data, which belongs to the Application System. This module can accomplish statistic of petrophysical data by calculating the maximum, minimum, average, variance and the number of sampling points etc. Then it will show the statistical results to consumers in the EXCEL.These three modules were developed by on DotNet platform by C# language which provided by Microsoft.
