With the widely using of photoelectric detector in many fields and with the development of study in laser disturbing effect, laser-disturbed effective assessment is becoming a meaningful and important term. As the photoelectric detector transfers to us is a picture, so we try to start with the disturbed image to evaluate the disturbing effect of the laser.Through summarizing the established image quality evaluation,using the methods of Fourier transform and Wavelet transform, we established two correlation image quality assessments aimed at laser disturbed image. The results from experiments indicate that the wavelet weighted image quality assessment is efficacious to reflect the laser-disturbing effect. In detail, the major works that have been done are as follows:1. Roundly investigated many established image quality evaluation including inside and outside of the world,analysed the merits and defects of the methods. In a word, subjective quality assessment is the most accurate methods,however,it is unpractical; objective methods are always succinctness, but sometimes they are not correspond to the visual observations.2. Widely analyzed the human visual specialties and the image quality evaluation methods which were based on the human visual specialties. The results indicate that the conventional quality evaluation methods are always consistent with the objective methods when they applied to common image, but they are unsuitable to the laser-disturbed image.3. Useing the frequency analyzing methods of the Fourier transform and Wavelet transform, and combined with the band-pass specialties of the visual contrast sensitivity; I endowed different space frequency with different visual weighted value, and then obtained two image quality assessments which are based on visual weighted correlation. The comparison indicates that the method based on Wavelet transform is more efficient.4.Compared the efficiency of many methods through the laser-disturbed image obtained from the former experiments,including:1) The disturbed image of the different laser power,different disturbing location and different intense background;2) The image of the different laser repeated frequency; 3) The image of different disturbing sub-band. I have also evaluated the laser disturbing effect of the photic correlation pattern recognition, according to the results, I have primarily discussed the rank partition of the laser disturbing effect.
