The Research Of Site Layout Planning For Villages Of Plain Area In Town Region Based On GIS

For a long time, the formation and development of the vast number of rural settlements have been in a state of spontaneous, the disorderly scattered layout of the rural settlements has been a serious problem preventing the development of the new rural construction. The rational planning of rural settlements has become a serious problem. With the superior natural and socio-economic conditions, plain area has become the main distribution area of China's rural population, which makes the site layout planning for villages in plain area even more important.Under such circumstances, combining with the vigorous development of the new rural construction in the whole country, this paper conducts a whole in-depth analysis of site layout planning for villages of plain area in town region and summarizes the theory and method which are fit for the plain area.Aiming at the problem that the past theoretical and practical study lack of introduction of the technical means, considering the successful application of GIS in the relevant planning field, through the analyzing to the techniques line of the site layout planning for villages and the discussion to related GIS functions, this paper discusses the feasibility superiority and application fields in detail, which can be used as a useful reference to optimize the techniques of the site layout planning for villages.Through the instance analysis to the typical area (a town locating in the east Henan province), this paper illuminates the application of the thought and techniques mentioned in the first several parts, and the results can be used to the village adjustment and the relevant infrastructure construction of the research area, in addition, this paper also analyzes the problems appearing in the instance research and gives the corresponding means to solve them.At last, this paper points out that the site layout planning theory and method brought forward in this article not only suitable for villages which have the same characteristic as the research area, combining with the pertinent adjustment, it can be also used in other different plain areas.
