The piezoelectricity ceramics hold the count for much status in the modern function ceramics. At present the widely used piezoelectricity ceramic material mainly is the lead base piezoelectricity ceramics, this kind of ceramics especially has the status in the military domain which cannot be substituted because of its fine performance. The PbZrx Ti1-xO3 ceramics and their multiplied ceramics are the most familiar. The BaZr x Ti1-xO3 piezoelectricity ceramics have a better piezoelectricity and the dielectric properties. They were used in the daily life and industrial production still. Therefore, it is much significance that studies and develops one kind to be fast, the environment freindly, the energy conservation method to improve the traditional method which expends huge energy.This article prepared BZT,PZT piezoelectricity ceramics through the method of traditional furnace sintering and laser sintering. And the basic theory is the solid phase reactive sintering. With compared the character data through the different time and temperature to determine the best sintering condition. Prepared BaZr x Ti1-xO3 ceramics which have the different Zr content (x=0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.08). Through performance comparison, determined the best component of system. Prepared BZT,PZT piezoelectricity ceramics through laser sintering method. Structure and character data of this kind of material is investigated by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scattering Electronic Microscope (SEM), Raman Scattering, Precise impedance analyzer.The best reaction conditions were 5h presintering at 1200oC and 5h sintering at 1470oC. Prepared BZT ceramics with laser sintering and compared with the traditional method. The Curie temperature enhanced and the BZT piezoelectricity ceramics were expanded the application scope. PZT ceramics were prepared with laser sintering. Provide the experiment base for the study of laser sintering. The performance parameter of the sample changed after irradiated by KrF pulse laser.
