The people ,concerning on the research of polysaccharide, already extended from lives on lands to lives in oceans . Algae resources are extremely rich, the seaweed polysaccharide has the unique biological activity, more and more researches have shown that there are bright prospects of development on the seaweed polysaccharides.Entermorpha prolifera, belonging to the plants of Chlorophyta Ulvales Ulvaceae,which mainly includes5 main species,such as, Enteromorpha clathrata,Entermorpha intestinali, Enteromorpha compressa, Entermorpha prolifera, Enteromorpha tubulosa, inhabitating damp areas. In China, the wild algae resources are rich,spreading along the southeast coast, especially the dominant species in zhejing coast.Recent studies indicated that the polysaccharide had some physiological functions. For example, falling the blood fats,enhancing the SOD vigor, reduing the LPO content, diminishing the inflammation,surpressing the skin cancer and so on, therefore there will be great theoretical and practical value to research. This thesis based on the research of the extraction of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide with the orthogonaltesting method ,aimed at deepening the understanding of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide and provided more materials for the industrialized production. the result shown as follows:1.the main factors for receiving rate of the polysaccharide from Entermorpha are temperature, time Soaks raises the ratio,and times of extraction.2. the best condition for the procedure of extraction ,based on the orthogonal testing method after the single-factor experiment, is that the procedure is operated at the temperature of 90℃, at the ratio of soaks is 1:10, and we need to boil twice for 2 hours each,resulting in the rate of gaining Enteromorpha prolifera at 3.994%.3 the main factors which influence the aborbed rate of Water-soluble polysaccharide using the alkali are as follow: the density of alkali,time, the rate of extraction.the temperature chooses at room temperature because experiments find that the rate of Water-soluble polysaccharide Operated below room temperature decreases, however,when operated at temperature above the room temperature,the molecular degeneration occurs. Meanwhile, the influence of the times of extraction to polysaccharide soaks has been compared in different situation,finding that when operated for only one time,the content of polysaccharide remains low, on the contrary,when operated for 3 times, the difference of containing polysaccharide is comparatively small. So 3 times is the better choice.4. in the same principle, the best procedure of the alkia extraction of Enteromorpha prolifera is that extracted the residual with 1mol/LNaOH and the ratio 1:10 .We operated the extraction for 3 times,each of which last about 2 hours at room temperature. The result of the rate of the extraction from Enteromorpha prolifera is 3.729%5. This experiment withdraws Enteromorpha prolifera the polysaccharide best craftthrough two kinds, obtains two kind of crude polysaccharides,which extracted with water and alkia.latter The biological activity experiment in dicated that the two kinds of crude polysaccharides enhanced the immunity activeness, antibacterial, anti-aging and dephlogisticatefunction and so on. The alkali-extracted polysaccharide raises have the remarkable promoter action to the mouse lymphocyte multiplication. At the same time, the polysaccharide has the inhibitory action to the S180 sarcoma.
