Isolation And Identification Of The Endophytic Fungi From Taxus Chinensis Var Mairei

Taoxl is a new kind of anti-cancer medicine having assured effect,but its nature source are very difficult to resolve. By isolation of the endophytic fungi from Taxus chinensis var maire, this research obtains following results:1 Isolation and identification of endophytic fungi: Sixty-three strains endophytic fungi were isolated and obtained from T. chinensis var. mairei, According to their morphological characterization, of which 24 strains belonged to 19 genera(species). There were 2 strains in genera of Ascomycotina:1 strain of Achaetomium sp. and 1 strain of Chaetomium globosum.; 22 strains in 17 genera of Deutermycotina: 3 strains of Cladosporium sp.; 2 strains of Ceophalosporium sp., 2 strains of Penicillium sp., 2 strains of Trichothecium sp., 2 strains of Asqergillus sp., 2 strains of Fusariumsp sp.and 2 strains of Monocillium sp.; 1 strain of Alternaria sp., 1 strain of Macrophoma sp., 1 strain of Botrytis cinerea and 1 strain of Paecilomyces sp.; and 3 strain of Mycelia sterlia. This Achaetomium sp. strain was a new species.2 Identification of the endophytic fungi : In the isolated endophytic fungi the 1 strain of Botrytis cinerea and the 2 strains of Mycelia sterlia , these concentration of strains were purificated which the Rf on thin layer chromatography(TLC)of the extracts from fermentation liquid were 0.404, 0.404, 0.401, respectively,that closed to that of sdanderd taxol. So these three strains were the taxol-producing endophytic fungi.
