Digital holography is a new imaging technique that combined with optical holography, computer technology and digital image processing techniques.This paper presents the concept and the experiment of digital holography , its applications in digital image processing and digital watermarking using its characteristic of not being tore up.(1) Basic recording and reconstruction theory of Fresnel holography.(2)According to the actual conditions ,we design the experimental optical path of reflective digital holography ,analysis the optical path and present the reconstructive result.(3)Discuss the characteristic of not being tore up, try to advance a method to evaluate this characteristic.(4)Solve the problem of digital photogragh's information loss using its characteristic of not being tore up; and solve the problem of watermarking extraction after Log-polar transform further.
