The needs of three-dimensional information are more and more with the development of since and technology. Digital holography has many advantages, such as non-contact, large depth of field and obtaining three-dimensional image. So it has been became a new technology in three-dimensional display and non-destructive measurement.The following content has been completed based on studying the theory and a large number of holographic experiments.1、The digital holographic reconstruction has been researched and completed. A simple and practical has been designed by comparing the conditions of application and the merits and drawbacks of several different optical paths. The three-dimensional representation for different objects has been completed and the measurement of the interference fringes which caused by micro displacement and deformation has been realized by this optical path.2、The holographic reconstruction and interference fringe has been enhanced and denoised by studying the digital image processing algorithms. The images have been processed by the algorithms of Laplace sharpening, median filtering and Wiener filtering. A new method that changes the gray value nonlinearly in an appointed gray range has been put forward, which is not only eliminates the zero-order and background noise, but also enhances the contrast of holographic interference fringes. The single algorithm can not meet the requirements of the experiment, so the above-described algorithm was used in combination in order to get better image quality and make interpretation and calculation more convenient. The method has been used in micro displacement measurement with holographic interferometry, and obtained high contrast holographic interference fringe and high-precision measurement.3、The digital holographic optical reconstruction has been studied and completed. The real-time holographic reconstruction has been completed based on the combination of CCD and EALCD. The reconstruction of objects and holographic interference fringes which caused by micro displacement and deformation are all grate.
