Sequence Stratigraphic Analysis And The Evolution Of The Mesozoic Basin In Jiyang Depression

Jiyang depreression is one of the most important hydrocarbon bearing base of East China,located in the southwest of Pachydrobia Basin. It's an Meso-cenozonic folding basin plant onPalaeozonic Platform of North China. Basing on the results of previous research and thedrilling, seismic, logging data, this paper use the sequence stratigraphy theory and analysistechnology to identify the different levels of sequence boundary, demarcate the tectonicsequence, third-order sequence and sequence stratigraphic unit and analyse the sedimentaryfacies and sedimentary system within the sequence stratigraphic framework. Combining basinfilling analysis, this paper research the tectonic activity features, demarcate the tectonicmovement stage and analyse the Mesozoic basin tectonic evolution characters. Synthetize theregional geological background and the Mesozoic basin tectonic evolution fillingcharacteristics, this paper restore the Jiyang Depression prototype Mesozoic basin. The mainresults are:1. Through the 41 coring observation and logging, seismic facies signs analysis, thispaper comprehensively and systematically research the deposit features, facies and depositsystem of the Jiyang research areas. The results show that Jiyang Depression mainlydeveloped eight types of sedimentary and facies combination, namely fan combination, riverscombination, Delta system and facies combination, shallow lake phase, lake bays phase andmarshes phase.2. Basing on the comprehensive analysis of the seismic data, well logs and core data, andcombining the study area basin evolution and tectonic movement characteristics, This paperidentify and compare the sequence interfaces., demarcate the tectonic sequence and developethe sequence stratigraphic framework.3. Basing on the analysis of study care geological background, and combining the studiesof depositional systems, structure layers, sequence stratigraphy, this paper research theMesozoic basin filling evolution and restore the Jiyang Depression prototype Mesozoicbasin.
