As consider as I am concerned, it should consummate behavioral norm of technology community on the behalf of technology carrier, strengthen ethical duty and consciousness self-discipline, enhance public supervising and construction of morality heteronomy. Simultaneously, it should carry out the education and training of ethical evaluation on technology risk and enhance system construction. In the system of technical consequence evaluation, the ethical perspective has its unique significance, and corresponding countermeasure can eliminate the technological risk.
