Block complex reservoir is becoming the focus of work in exploration and development of Liaohe oilfield because its structure is complicated and its sedimentary facies change fast. Applying the data of logging, drilling, vertical seismic profiling(VSP) and ground seismic, making the full use of geophysical and geological working methods, through the analysis of structure, deposition and reservoir, the reservoir evaluation and forecasting of JIN65 area was completed. Playing the most advantage of vertical seismic profiling and making the full use of the results of zero biased VSP and non-zero biased VSP dealing results, accurately demarcate the top and bottom boundary of Xinglongtai and Yulou oil reservoir in seismic reflection, and establish a reliable time-depth conversion model, and explain exactly structure around the well and enhance the accuracy of 3D seismic structural interpretation. Through the application of coherency technology and 3D visualization technology, under the restriction from drilling, referring dynamic information of production, accomplish subtle structural interpretation, and further, impedance inversion was done, the inversion results have a guiding role for sand comparison and good reservoir forecasting.After 40 years of exploration and development practice, Liaohe Oilfield have formed a suitable geological characteristics of the area for exploration and development of technology. Anticline structural traps have been large and medium-sized basic exploration, the remaining reserves are mainly distributed in complex fault block in the reservoir, the overall performance of a single block size, small reserves, exploration on the performance of the border to block identification difficult, difficult to identify oil and water relations , Sand, and so difficult to forecast the border "three difficulties." Vertical seismic profiling technology (VSP), 3-D seismic technology and reservoir studies, small sedimentary layer of technology as a guide, is zoned research unit, fine correlation, accurate implementation of small faults, small construction, small sand and accurate description of sand Spatial distribution of the wells provide the basis for the deployment.Based on the digest of previous research results, being familiar with the regional context and the stage of sediment evolution in the goal study area in S1+2, S1, using the comparison of small formation, establish isochronal stratigraphic framework, and in the unit of small formation, draw the picture of the patterns of deposition and forecast the distribution of reservoir. Based on the resuits above, study the distribution of sedimentary system on different periods, and put the emphasis on studying the plane distribution regular of different sand type within the different layers, provide basic information for the next exploration combined with the structural research results, and provide a good idea for the exploration and development of similar reservoir.
