Seismic Reservoir Prediction Technology Research Of Maokou Formation In Liziba, Weinan

The carbonate reservoir is a very important area in exploration and development,it occupies more than half of global reservoir production.Carbonate reservoirs in Sichuan Basin is potential to have a great development.The reservoir of carbonate likely to be dissolution pores and fractures which have complex forming causes,high heterogeneity,it is really difficult to forecast.So it would be meaningful to distinguish the reservoir by seismic methods.We regard carbonate reservoir in South Sichuan Liziba's Mao Kou formation as a target district,trying to provide a study idea for detecting carbonate reservoir.On the basis of geology,well drilling and logging,core,and seismic data,we start with the forward modeling,to find out the influence on the reflection caused by reservoir,and summarize the seismic response.By non-linear inversion we could get the velocities of the working area,then summarize the response.Extracting the attributes of seismic data,combining with other results and summaries,we can point out a more accurate area of reservoir.We get a preferably forecast result of carbonate reservoir in working area by those methods we referred to.In this thesis,we made the following progress:(1)We summarized the development features of carbonate reservoir in the working area,it could figure out which seismic methods we should choose;(2)Made a forward modeling of carbonate reservoir and got its reflection features:when there is a carbonate reservoir,the reflection may be effected.It would be meaningful for us to extract the attributes.(3)After summarizing the velocity response in working area by non-linear inversion,we can reduce the ambiguity.(4)Describing the carbonate reservoir by multiple attributes,we can get the result of an accurate carbonate reservoir area.On the basis of geology,well drilling and logging,core,and seismic data,the carbonate reservoir in working area was forecast by forward modeling,non-linear inversion and multiple attributes,and then a set of methods which could provide a new thinking to our exploration and development was summed up.
