M/G/1 Retrial Queues With Two Types Of Customers

Retrial queueing system is an important emerging research in queueing system in recent years. Retrial queues with general retrial time are researched in this paper. Through general retrial time distribution, we can get retrial time governed by exponential distribution, Erlang distribution or hyperexponential distribution etc.Firstly, an M/G/1 Retrial Queue System with two types of customers and feedback. The queue and the main reliability indices of server are also derived. The necessary and sufficient condition for the system stability is obtained, and it is proved strictly.Secondly, Considering the server is subject to starting failure, an M/G/1 retrial queue with two types of customers and starting failure is studied.Finally, an M/G/1 retrial queue with two types of customers and starting failure and feedback is investigated. We derived analytical results for the queue length distribution as well as some performance measures under steady state condition.
