Queues With Negative Customers And Feedback

This paper mainly researches two kinds of queues with negative customers and feedback, by combining negative customers and feedback. We first consider the one kind is M/G/1 queues with negative customers and feedback, when the positive customer finishes its service, it will leave the queue at the rate of p, and come back to the queue at the other rate of 1-p, and the negative customer remove one positive customer. By use of the supplemental variables method, state transfer analyses and L transform, we get their generation functions in the steady state. And at this base, we also conside the M/G/1 repariable queue with negative customers and feedback, and get the realiable indexes. The other kind is the M/G/1 retrial queues with negative customers two phases of services and feedback, by use of the same method, we also derive some performance measures.
