Physics Foundation Curriculum Teaching In Status And Function Of Engineering Talented-persons Training

Through extensive reading and the investigating, this paper elaborates the change about the job market under the new times requirements. With the rapid development of science and technology we must establish the idea of life study. The society's demanding on the knowledge structure of engineering students is higher,so the undergraduate stage must have a good learning foundation and the science methodology. In this background, the article analyzes the scientific quality characteristics of engineering technical students. According to the social needs ,the universities should strengthen the ability of engineering talent cultivation and the theoretical foundation. This paper points out that it is very important to train engineering physics persons with the foundational status and the function.This paper talks about our national teaching status on engineering college physics and the primary factors affecting engineering physics teaching as well as the relations between university physics foundation curriculum teaching and engineering personnel training. It points that the shrinking of education ,PEE TEST (Postgraduate Entrance Examination) and Grading Test are the main reasons affecting engineering college physics teaching, and its root comes from the education utilitarianism.Physics is the fundament of the science and technology in training engineering technical students, so we require students not only to focus on the expertise learning, but also to pay more attention to basic physics education curriculum. The paper also studies the physics basis of the training, teaching course's role ,particularly about personnel training in engineering role. It shows that the physical foundation curriculum teaching raises the thinking ability of engineering talent, the spirit of innovation, the character personality, and the aesthetic ability .The Ministry of Education is carrying out the quality project , so the challenges and opportunities on high engineering course talented persons training coexist in our country. Finally, we foresees magnificent perspective about our engineering university physics teaching.
