Nowadays, the higher teaching quality has attracted more and more attention for it is the lifeline of higher academics'survival and development. Higher teaching evaluation has already developed widely through different forms all over the world to guarantee the teaching quality. Improving teaching quality is the primary job for the development of present higher education. And the teaching quality directly affects the quality of talent training. The high teaching evaluation is the core substance of the whole teaching management in universities because it can improve the teaching quality. Teaching evaluation is playing a more and more important and positive role in the course of teaching. University physics experiment curriculum is a basic course on culturing high-quality talents. Nowadays the universities and colleges in our country attach great importance to physics experiment and regard it as an important course. In view of the importance of university physics experiment, it is necessary to evaluate it.The development and current situation of high teaching evaluation in domestic and foreign universities is analyzed in this thesis by using constructivism theory, multiple intelligence theory and postmodernism theory. At the same time, detailed discussion about the definition, type and method of teaching evaluation are given. The high teaching evaluation is a multi-level judgment question which involves with many contents. In order for the guarantee of the scientific and objectivity of evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment which is a part of fuzzy mathematics is introduced to realize the evaluation in this thesis.First of all, according to the method and principle of fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory, the author builds the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of university physics experimental teaching. Then the thesis establishes the index system and grade standards of university physics experimental teaching evaluation. Simultaneously analytic hierarchy process is used to confirm the weight of each factor in index system. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation result is obtained by dealing with data. Finally, in order to realize the university physics experiment teaching evaluation work systematization, the thesis designs a university physics experiment teaching evaluation system under windows environment by exploiting the visual basic program.
