As the basic raw material of many advanced materials,non-metallic mineral materials have the characteristics of wide applicability and expansibility.High tech non-metallic mineral products industry is the current and future period of one of the sunrise industry.Among them,small and large groups of small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main force of development.However,in the process of development of non-metallic mineral products in small and medium enterprises,characteristics of small and medium enterprises,it is inevitable that the congenital weak foundation has more influences from internal and external uncertainties or constraints,these uncertainties influence the risk that enterprises.In the enterprise,the most important and most influential risk comes from the enterprise finance.So analyzing the enterprise financial risk factors,using scientific methods to find the enterprise current or potential financial risk,targeted to early detection and prevention of early control of enterprise sustainable development is very important.The research on financial risk assessment of domestic enterprises mainly focus on listed companies and financial information is complete,according to the research of small and medium-sized enterprises less and mainly with the analytic hierarchy process as a single financial risk assessment method.Under this background,this paper introduces AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the construction of financial risk evaluation system of non-metallic mineral products in small and medium sized enterprises(AHP-FCE),which has the practical significance,also has certain theoretical innovation.Based on the life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the types and causes of financial risk of SMEs in different periods of non-metallic mineral products.On this basis,a complete financial risk evaluation index system is designed,which includes two types of non-financial indicators,including innovation capability and management level.Through the analysis of the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,comprehensive evaluation of several representative financial risk evaluation method of comparison,by using hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(AHP-FCE)feasibility in the construction of financial risk evaluation system of non-metallic mineral products in small and medium enterprises,and demonstrates.Finally,select the F Company as a case,through the construction of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of financial risk evaluation model to evaluate the company's financial risk based on the evaluation results show that F has a high possibility of financial risks,enterprises should pay special attention to the profitability and innovation ability.Among them,innovation ability is the key to break the plight of enterprise development and create new profit growth point.
