A Study On Integration Between Traffic Establishment Construction And Geo-hazards Treatment In Chongqing Reservoir Area

The geo-hazards are widely distributed in Chongqing reservoir areas and centre in traffic main stem of cities or towns for migrants,such as main roads,main railways,main rivers and so on. Formerly,the treatment of geo-hazards mostly emphasized on how to prevent, and on the short-term results. But researches about the relation between geo-hazards treatment and by-river traffic establishment construction and function of cities etc were not enough. For more researches on this domain,this paper introduces the conception of integration to study.The paper is under the background of TGR sluice and migration & construction. Based on a large number of literatures and investigation productions time after time, the paper completely summarizes the geo-disaster characters. On the basis of being analyzed the problems on means of traffic establishment construction and geo-hazards treatment in Chongqing resrevoir region,the main contents of this paper as follows.1.Considering the contradiction relationship of the traffic establishment construction and the geo-disasters treatment, it puts forward the concept of integration, then analyses the integration meaning and the integration conditions,while being implemented. After fitting in with the conditions, it abstracts three basic models of the integration between geo-disasters and basic establishment construction in reservoir banks.2.It makes attempt to define the integration relationship for the first time, in accordance with its definition, a reasonable method has been found to compute the integration relationship presumedly. Then it establishes the mathematical evaluation model which used to calculate the integration relationship. At last, relying on the projects, the calculation is carried out, and make a judgment whether or not to implement integration treatment. This lains the groundwork for following research.3.For fully understanding and implementing the integration, it analyses the disadvantages of separating the traffic establishment construction from the disasters prevention , Then establishes tracking system of integration and introduces the programme details of phase tracking. So, the general way in which integration for a engineering is judged, implemented and tracked come into being.4.As tracking the treatment of An Ziba Reservoir bank and the construction of by-river traffic traffic construction projects in Wanzhou District in Chongqing for example, following the process of integration tracking system, An Ziba bank slump pattern and scale are predicted . According to the results,it analyses the slope stability under the integration five kinds of working conditions by specialized software. Then in accordance with the basic principles of the integration programs,integration prevention and control project is established after two of the programs being compared,and the scientific and feasible of integration are proven by tracking the effects.These work not only play a certain promoting role in actualizing geo-disasters control effectively,but also have very important reality significance to migration safity and continuable development in the resrevoir area.
