The introduction of these technologies laid the foundation in China to create industrial areas, consolidate national defense, and promote industrial upgrading and for technological innovation. China's technology innovation is realized under the premise of the introduction, digestion and absorption.Along with the development trend of economic globalization, there are some changes of the character of international competition, then the scientific and technical knowledge has become a kind of international competition core resources. All countries have also adjusted their policies and measures and they will create the new national innovation system to participate in international competition as the core content.History can be used for reference. Based on the international situation, China also proposed the establishment of an innovation-oriented country's national strategy. Under such circumstances, we should also introduce technology of the past, absorbing its' lessons that makes technology work better for the introduction of technological innovation.
