Scientific And Technological Innovation Mechanism Based On Collaborative Learning

The theory of synergetics is one of the most active and profound edge science in the contemporary natural and social science,the methodology of synergetics develop a new road for mankind to research and handle problems in complicated systems.Science and technology innovation system is considered a typical complicated system,and its operation must be subjected to the domination of synergy and self-organization regulation. Applying the theory and method of synergetics to reveal the regulations in the mechanism and mode in science and technology innovation have very important theoretical value and applied value.The thesis studies theory problems,such as self-organization mechanism,synergy effect and synergy mechanism etc,in science and technology system at first,then puts the theory problems into the practice,that is setting up the synergy mechanism and synergy to carry out science and technology innovation,and giving policy suggestions to guarantee science and technology innovation smoothly.The thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter one,introduction,is mainly about research background, meaning and method of the synergetics;Chapter 2 generalizes the origin,development and the core principle of the synergetics theory and methodology;Chapter 3 researchs and analyzes the content,constitute, self-organization mechanism,synergy principle,synergy effect,synergy mechanism and model of science and technology innovation system;Chapter 4 applies the theory of self-organization and synergetics to analyze and research the operation mechanism,model and policy suggestions of the enterprise technique innovation system in our country;Chapter 5 reviews and outlooks the research,and points out the further research problems.
