Water level measurement is one of the basic work for people to acquire hydrological information.Modern water level measurement primarily through the water-level data acquisition system to achieve,Many water-level data acquisition system requires a long-term work in the wilderness rivers, remote reservoirs and other power supply difficulties occasions,Therefore, design a powerful processing capability, high reliability, low power consumption water-level data acquisition system has a great practical significance.The digital retrieval water level sensor is a new type water level sensor, it's researched and developed independently by Institute of Measurement and Control Technology Taiyuan University of Technology, and its basic principle is to use the signal acquisition circuit in different locations to collect the current signals transmited in water to determine the location of the water level. The issue stems from new sensor data acquisition system improvement experiment by Institute of Measurement and Control Technology experimental base Taiyuan University of Technology. Because the original design of the digital retrieval water-level data acquisition system has long retrieval cycle, slow speed measurement, large power consuption, complex remote data communications, and it is difficult to adapt a variety of environmental requirements.In order to address these problems, improve the system performance, Against the use of the actual project requirements for the digital retrieval water level sensor, in this paper, starting from the energy saving of the digital retrieval water level data acquisition system, design an intelligent and low-power consumption data acquisition system fitted with the digital retrieval water level sensor. Main activities as follow:1. Through numerous experiments confirm the working methods of the digital retrieval water level sensor signal sampling circuit MFC7710, make sure the sample cycle of singal contact, the relation between sample clock and reference clock and other important parameters.2. Design of the power supply circuit and intelligent sensor transmitter circuit, in order to achieve the digital retrieval water level signal sample circuit power supply credibly, signal sample accurately, sampling data long-distance transport and power supply intelligent management.3. Compile the Management Centre software to achieve storage, display, printing and other operations to the data transmit from the digital retrieval water level sensor data sampling equipment.4. Discussed the low-power design options of physical layer and software layer in digital retrieval water-level data acquisition system, so that the digital retrieval water-level sensor more suitable for battery-powered, long time without people guards occasions.
