With the increasing demands on the exploration area,exploration accuracy and exploration operation efficiency of oil and gas resources of China,seismic exploration is gradually turning to higher density and more complex terrain environment.The existing digital seismographs with cable gradually limit the development of seismic exploration,and the node-type single-station single-channel storage-type cableless seismic recorder has become a new development direction.At present,some cableless seismic equipment at home and abroad have problems of low time accuracy,large power consumption,and lack of quality control of collected data.Therefore,this paper studies the cableless seismic data acquisition system,researches and implements a wireless seismic data acquisition node system,focusing on optimization in real-time,reliability and low power consumption.After comparing and analyzing the composition and working principle of cableless seismic data acquisition equipment at home and abroad,this paper first designs the hardware system.The central control unit uses the MCU with ARM Cortex-M4 as the core,the signal acquisition unit uses the sigma-delta A / D converter,the time synchronization unit uses the U-blox GPS receiver,and the power management unit and efficient storage unit.Then,this paper establishes a development environment based on MDK-ARM,transplants the RTX real-time operating system and FATFS file system,and completes the driver program and system control program.Finally,the overall function of the seismic data acquisition node system is realized.In terms of real-time,this paper studies the high-precision clock synchronization scheme of the node system,and designs a clock synchronization scheme based on the GPS timing module and TCVCXO;In terms of reliability,this article adds a QC test module and a wireless data transmission unit to the node system.By returning the QC test data to the host computer,the collection status could be checked during the collection process;In terms of low power consumption,the hardware and software systems are optimized for low power consumption.The hardware system uses static power management technology to improve power efficiency.The software adopts dynamic power management technology,which reduces the average power consumption of the system by controlling each module to enter a low-power mode,turning on the power supply in a time-sharing manner,and reducing the operating frequency of the central control.Finally,a wireless seismic data acquisition node system prototype was built to test the acquisition performance parameters and functionality of the prototype.The test results show that the designed wireless seismic data acquisition node system meets the requirements of technical indicators and achieves the expected design goals.
