The problem that small complex block reservoir is faced with during the development,is thornier than the oil reservoir that stratigraphic correlation is unitary and the reservoir growth is simple.Because of the multiplicity of fault combination and uncertainty of structure, the understanding is directlyly influenced regarding combination, distribution and origin of oil,gas and water that directlyly influence the whole development effect of oil reservoir, so it is necessary that structure characteristic, reservoir growth condition, distribution rule of oil,gas and water and synthesis explanation for oil,gas and water should be understanded and judged again regarding so forth reservoir by using advanced technological means,so that the more practical and feasible guidance basis is provided for the future reservoir development and adjustment. In view of the above question, this article studies structural characteristics, reservoir characteristic, growth and distribution rule of oil and gas layer, and etc of niu 18 block areas, using the method of reservoir description including three-dimensional seismic interpretation technology, logging secondary technical explanation ,comprehensive evaluation of oil and gas technology, and so on.The problem is solved well that exists in small complex block reservoir including difficult fault combination, inaccurate geological structure and complicated oil and water distribution, and then the work of old Well testing and deployment of production wells is carried out within the scope of the work area based on research results ,the better application results and economic benefits are achieved, and the beneficial basis is provided for such reservoir to further develop.
