And compared to conventional drilling device, the top drive drilling method more efficient, safe and reliable. Drilling machinery from the world trend of development, to meet further demand for automated drilling, the top-drive system will become the world's drilling machinery 21 of the main directions of development. In this paper, the use of ADAMS and ANSYS software, respectively, from the dynamics and statics in terms of an analysis of the top drive system, reaching into the high efficiency, reliable operation, the application of a wide range of purposes.The main work in this article:First, this article on the top drive system at home and abroad to develop a comprehensive description and analysis. Introduced the theory of its research, the development of the status quo at home and abroad, top drive theory, as well as the structure of the principle of a typical hydraulic system. And several forms of the summary of a detailed analysis.Second, study the process of top drive system, the establishment of top drive system movement mathematical model.
