Research And Application Of Auto-drilling System In Deep Hole Electric Spindle Type Core Drill

With the intensity of mineral exploration and development in recent years continue to strengthen,increasingly shallow mine,the domestic mineral exploration work is looking for hidden ore,the direction of deep ore change,increase the difficulty of prospecting.Most developed countries use hydraulic power-based drilling rig but we use vertical axis drilling machine in the deep-hole drilling,now we always use XY-8 vertical axis drilling rig for the N-size hole which depth between 2000-3000 m.In the engineering practice of deep coring drilling,XY-8 vertical axis drilling rig has problems of low drilling capacity,low transmission efficiency,high labor intensity and poor process applicability.The main reasons are single power distribution,mechanical transmission,manual control,disk constraints,to the short process,the parameters can't be monitored,etc.But the root cause lies in its transmission type and drilling mode.After an analysis between variety of transmission types and the four drilling forms,we find out that the development trend of deep-hole geological drilling rig should be variable frequency electric drive and automatic drilling system.Based on the XY-8 drilling rig,this paper focus on the whole machine is upgraded with frequency conversion electric drive and the integration with a variety of drilling methods.XY-8DB electric drive rig offers four drilling methods: 1)For the shallow hole pressure drilling servo-controlled hydraulic feeding system,keep the original fuel tank into the system upgrade to servo pump control;2)For long-stroke automatic drilling and energy saving by small-motor feed-drilling system for deep-hole bedrock decompression drilling;3)For the frequent drilling and lifting,requiring high drilling speed hole section,using the main motor to send the drill hole to achieve the long-range automatic drilling;4)In order to meet the requirement of continuous coreless drilling,it provides the powerless drilling mode with disc brake control.In order to meet the different drilling process providing the basis for a diverse selection.XY-8DB drilling rig electronic control system using the technology of direct torque control(DTC)to achieve lift and send drilling,rotary,salvage and mud circulation;Servo control technology to achieve pump-controlled hydraulic drilling and nondrilling operations;Using field bus,PLC distributed control,remote monitoring,to achieve the secretary drilling room centralized monitoring and operation management.Siemens S7-1200 control program is used to control the core design of a set of modular design and operation of the protection logic.The interactive program enables two-way communication via Ethernet.Man-machine interface for the centralized control of the visualization,digital monitoring screen and touch screen.Provides technical support through the XY-8 vertical axis drilling machine drive type and drilling mode of a comprehensive upgrade,for deep hole drilling capacity,energy consumption,control.For a variety of construction conditions and the operator provides a variety of control and function selection such as servo feed,precision drilling,fast drilling,no power to send drill.In the engineering practice test,the above advantages have been fully verified.
