Measuring drill is applied to measure geological parameters during geological investigation and engineering investigation work.This drill detects stratum resistivity, density,transverse wave velocity,water pressure of the hole,bearing capacity of the stratum and deformation modulus ect.through a set of geologic parameter measurement system. The drill is a new-type hydraulic drill with automatically controlling pressure and speed. For the purpose of improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption,theoretical analysis,data calculation and simulation analysis had been done based on saving energy.Firstly,the article introduces the development of full-hydro-driller,in which area the local research is left far behind others.Then it explains the object and significance of Research on Load Self-adaptive System in Measuring Drill,and the necessity and feasibility of this research.Secondly,the demand of drill on hydraulic system is proposed,based on the analysis of hydraulic system.The drilling load changes not only have the characteristics of randomicity,fuzziness,and relevance,but also the discreteness,dynamic development etc based on analyses of rotating mechanism of Drill JDD-100.According to working condition torque and rotate speed had been computed.Considering the higher energy consumption and lower efficiency of traditional drill,here I propose a method to improve these shortcomings through analysis.Based on energy saving theory and parameters of rotating mechanism,the suitable engine,hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor had been chosen.With the development of research on energy saving,Load self-adaptive system has been implied to more and more fields,and play an important role in energy saving.This part gives two kings of load self-adaptive systems to direct at Drill JDD-100.One is Load Sensing Control System,and the other is Electro-hydraulic Proportional Closed-loop Control System.Thirdly,following the former Load Sensing Control System comes a simple analysis, which illustrates the operation principle,sets up corresponding mathematical model,and analyzes several working status of the load sensing valve.And then I do the simulation with AMESim for Load Sensing Control System.The simulation results are as follows:(1) By simulating results that the normal working conditions of the pump outlet pressure has been higher than load pressure as a fixed value.With the load pressure changing,outlet pressure of the pump has changed.Thus outlet pressure of the pump fits load pressure,and it satisfies drilling demand.(2) While assist operations and no-load work,pressure and flow are smaller,then reducing the pressure loss and flow loss. (3) When the load suddenly appearing and exceed the maximum load pressure, pressure limiting valve works.Pressure of the system is about 30 mp,and flow rate is zero. Load adaptive system plays an overload protection function.(4) Increasing damping of load properly will be help for improving the stability of system,and reducing the overshoot and adjustment time;(5) The large moment of inertia of load will lead to low response speed of the system, large overshoot and adjustment time.As high pressure,flow rate higher and waving severely,leakiness and heat productivity are great,to.Electro-hydraulic Proportional Closed-loop Control System had been pointed out to solve this problem.Finally,through analysis of running characteristics of rotating mechanism control system,two control strategies had been raised.After analyzing actual operations,this article propose a compound Fuzzy-PID controller,which gets the advantages of both Fuzzy and PID and improves the adaptability of control algorithm to complex environment.Results of simulation in MATLAB show,(1) Through the PID controlling,fluctuation of the rotate speed apparently decreases,(2) The input high frequency signal had been cut ridged and been processed by PID controlling,,output speed is controlled as 100r/min which is set before.Speeding fluctuation didn't exceed 15r/min,and effect of control is great.(3) Fuzzy control would work when changes of rotating speed is great,so it excessively limits rotating speed.(4) Fuzzy-PID controller can improve the stability of the system and controlling accuracy.Electro-hydraulic Proportional Closed-loop Control System controls the rev of rotating mechanism quite better when executing Fuzzy-PID compound control,and gets excellent controllability as well as hard mechanical property.Implement Fuzzy PID control strategy after turning and good control of the institution,the speed of good control ability and hard mechanical properties.Based on two kinds of control system of the efficiency of the calculation shows that the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology in energy than load control system,and more suitable for sensitive with drilling rig rotary organization control measure.Process the no-load condition and chiseling experiment of drill.The test shows that the efficiency of JDD-100 is excellent,the chiseling and rotating system works well,and the rotating system adapts quite well to the structure of stratum,which helps with energy saving.
