Geographic Information System has become very effective tool in the field of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation.Web Geographical Information System(WebGIS)is bound to further promote the research and application in the field of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation.In this paper,reviewed the GIS application in the field of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation at home and abroad,on the basis of the analysis of needs of strong motion station management and online services,I design and implement the strong motion station query system based on WebGIS.(1) Build a framework for strong motion station data sharing system. Compared several kinds of WebGIS platform at home and abroad,I proposed the suitable method of the design of WebGIS applications for our project. Mainly include data Processing,database creation,data distribution, server-side management,building a framework for strong motion station data share and online services.(2) Put GIS technology applied to deal with earthquake observation data. Compared methods of various spatial interpolation,I apply it to that manufacture the distribution map of PGA,PGV,PGD and the contour map of PGA,PGV,PGD in the Wenchuan earthquake.I finished the distribution map of stations recorded the main shock of Wenchuan earthquake and the station distribution map of the aftershocks of Wenchuan earthquake.I manufactured the distribution of the tenth Five-Year Plan Strong motion networks including the fixed stations,intensity array,active faults array,the structure array, attenuation array.These seismic data laid the foundation for future scientific data sharing and WebGIS data distribution(3) Implementation of the strong motion station query system based on WebGIS.I take the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" strong motion station data as an example,and implement the strong motion station query system based on WebGIS.Build the work flow of the strong earthquake observation data processing,data production,data storage,data distribution,data management. During this process,data conversion,data storage optimization techniques were studied.(4) Study system security and server optimization problem of the WebGIS application.System security and server optimization measures have been studied of the WebGIS application.For the safety and stability of the system normal running,I give full implementation during the process of the actual operation of the server.
