This paper mainly deals with the uncertainly multi-attribute decision-making problem based on preference information. It consists of four chapters. In the first chapter,we mainly introduce the development and current research situation of the uncertainly multi-attribute decision-making problem.Furthermore, we list the main contribution of this paper. In the second chapter, the multi-attribute decision-making problems is investigated, in which the information about attribute weights is partly known and the attribute values take the form of uncertain linguistic variables, and the decision maker has preferences on alternatives.Based on the deviation degree of linguistic variables,a simple linear programming model is established, from which the attribute weights can be derived. Then,a method for multi-attribute decision-making with linguistic information is proposed on the distance measures of the uncertainly linguistic variables and the linguistic ideal solutions. Finally, the implementation process of the proposed method is illustrated and analyzed by a numerical example. In the third chapter,A goal programming method is proposed to obtain normalized interval weights vectors from an interval number complementary judgement matrix. It is applicable to any crisp and interval comparison matrix no matter whether they are consistent or not.Comparisons with an interval regression analysis method are also made. Then, the approach is generalized to the triangular fuzzy number matrix.Based on this theory,a group decision-making method is induced. Finally, numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the method. In the forth chapter, approaches to multi-attribute decision-making with intuitionistic fuzzy preference information are studied.First, the multi-attribute group decision-making problem is investigated, where the attribute values are given as real numbers and the preference information on attributes take the form of intuitionistic judgment matrix and incomplete intuitionistic judgment matrix. Second,a method is presented to deal with the multi-attribute decision-making problem with preference values on alternatives,in which the attribute weights were completely unkonwn and the attribute values were given in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.A fuzzy expected value goal programming model was constructed to derive the attribute weights. Then, the utility values of alternatives were obtained based on additive weighting average, and ranking alternatives were determined by using the expected value method of ranking fuzzy variables. Finally, illustrative examples are also given respectively.
