The aim of multi-attribute group decision-making is to select the best alternative or sort a set of alternatives with multiple attributes by considerating different opinions from multiple decision makers.At present,multi-attribute group decision-making mainly focuses on reflecting the uncertain thinking of decision-makers and characterizing complex decision-making environment,which includes the representy of multiple forms of decision information,the appropriate aggregation operator and the models of multi-attribute decision-making.In this paper,the PROMETHEE II method and the Choquet integral aggregation operator are used to construct new models of group decision-making with triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number and 2-dimension interval neutrosophic linguistic number,respectively.Contents shown as follows:First,under the form of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,Choquet integral aggregation operator is employed to reflect the interdependence between attributes and obtain the comprehensive evaluation information of the individual decision maker.PROMETHEE II method serves to get comprehensive evaluation information of group decision and rank alternatives.In addition,this paper studies a series of properties of the Choquet integral aggregation operator based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.Second,in order to reflect the complexity of realistic decision-making environment and the uncertainty and inconsistency in the process of experts evaluation,this paper defines the 2-dimension interval neutrosophic linguistic number based on interval neutrosophic linguistic number and 2-dimensional linguistic variables.In other words,the subjective evaluation information can express the decision-maker's reliability of the evaluation results.It can improve the accuracy of evaluation information towards the target of decision-making.In addition,this paper defines the rules of operation and comparison based on 2-dimension interval neutrosophic linguistic number.Then,a model of group decision-making is constructed by combining Choquet integral aggregation operator with PROMETHEE II,which is applied to numerical example of graduation thesis evaluation.
