In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, water conservancy, oil, electricity, transportation and other industries become more and more urgent to deal with the requirements of spatial information processing. The development of spatial information processing software——Geographic Information System(GIS, for short), which based on platform, is the key.Based on the application of the GIS in the power distributing network and the development of Power Distribution Network Service Information System, this thesis analyzes the shortages of the classic manage system , illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of GIS in the power distributing network management, compares GIS platforms which belong to several large manufacturers managed by china and foreign countries, and selects the most popular secondary development of model based on the ARCGIS Engine. In this thesis, we introduce the"variable impedance branches"model based on the ordinary blade model, build a distribution network database which is appropriate to the distribution network topology analysis and corresponding hierarchical model to the distribution network database, coding the power equipment, and realized the unified management of the attribute data and the spatial data.In terms of system function realizing, first, the thesis studied the GIS spatial analysis theory, and laid the foundation for the distribution network GIS advanced analysis. Then it deeply researched buffer analysis internal bisector method and convex angle circular arc method, established the best emergency repair path analysis mathematical model, and optimized the classic Dijkstra algorithm, and finally introduced sorting beeline optimization Dijkstra algorithmic, which raised the algorithmic execution efficiency. The thesis writes codes through the interfaces provided by the arcobjects in visualization .NET development environment, which realized the Power Distribution Network Spatial analysis, and solved the application problem of GIS platform in the distribution network in deep level.
