The mafic-ultramafic copper-nickel magma sulfide deposits related to ultrabasic rock usually distribute at plate brim or rift-valley belt in plate, which belong to typical magmatic deposit. They are also the important type of Cu-Nickel deposit and have very highly economic value.Neimeng Huishan Cu-Nickel deposit locates in north of Huabei Plate, middle part of neimenggu geosyncline fold system,Su ni'te Youqi late Variscan geosyncline fold belt,Erlian-Hegen mountain plate seam, belonged to one parts of Central Asia-Menggu geosyncline area and located in ancient Asia Oreforming region,then Erlian-Hegen mountain plate seam is the major deposit-controlling factor.This paper collects lots of related literatures and synthetically contrasts and analyses the basic characters of worldwide Cu-Ni deposits. It puts attention on studying on geological conditions , mineralization character, oreforming rules of Neimeng Huishan Cu-Ni deposit. Through geological surveying , founding up corresponding geology-geophysical oreforming model; Through magnetic survey, exploring the distributing range, shape of ultrabasic rock.Based on yield working and synthetic study in home, this paper impersonally, comprehensively studies the geological characters, oreforming conditions or rules, ore-controlling factor, orefinding symbols,orientation, and so on. Combined with high accuracy magnetic surveying finds out the distributing range and shape of ultrabasic rock, and then summaries the 4-dimensional ore-finding model of structure-ultrabasic rock-wall rock-high magnetic anormaly, explains the magnetic abnormity, ore-bearing character of ultrabasic rock. This work successfully applies high accuracy magnetic surveying method on prospecting work of Neimeng Huishan Cu-Ni deposit.
