Magmatic Cu-Ni sulfide deposits as a typical magmatic segregation deposits, which is an important deposit type have a high economic value, is hosted by Cu-Ni-Platinum Group Element (PGE).Inner Mongolia Tectonic position lies in the northern margin of the North China plate, which is Craton edge and accretionary plate zone rendezvous site and have a number of north-east, near east-west Spread super shell (lithosphere) deep fracture, Ultrabasic rock exposed widly in this area, According to preliminary statistics, there have been discovered mafic-ultramafic intrusive rocks are more than 130 origin, the surface exposed area of about 1000km2, but had not found associated with this large-scale copper-nickel sulfide deposit[1].Tepogeritu ultrabasic Rocks locates in Tepogeritu of Wulatezhong Qi, Inner Mongolia; This paper support by the relevant project, To study geological, geophysical and geochemical characteristics of the rock has guiding meaning in depth studing the rock and mineral exploration.Based on the preceding study, this paper has got some achievement such as:(1)Analyzing results of major element show that the content of SiO2 is from 12.95% to 40.18%, Na2O+K2O from 0.086% to 0.734%, A/CNK from0.019% to 0.076%, MgO from15.13% to 25.32%, m/f from 2.5~6.3, and the rocks belong to iron-ultramafic, rich in Cu-Ni sulfide deposit(minerals). Microelement results show that contents of Ni,Co and Cr are very high. The REE distribution pattern shows a flat to slightly rightist, representing weak enrichment in LREE.δEu is from 0.44 to 1.26, showing a higher of diferential evolution of the rock mass with diferential evolution degree.(2) Studied the Ore-bearing of ultrabasic rocks in Tepogeritu by comparing m/f ratio, MgO content and distribution characteristics of rare earth elements, of which present the content of MgO is from 15.13%~25.32%, the ratio of m/f is from2.5-6.3, the lower rare earth content,ΣREE = 1.04-2.18ppm, The REE distribution pattern similar to the majority of the world of rock containing nickel shows a flat to slightly rightist, representing similar to REE distribution patterns of primitive mantle . Geophysical and ore potentiality studies of the ultramafic rocks is proposed the rocks belong to iron- ultrabasic, rich in Cu-Ni sulfide deposit (minerals).(3) Through the Composite anomalies of geophysical and geochemical of ultrabasic rocks, Analyzing results show that the ore-bearing rock body exhibits composite geophysical-geochemical anomalies characterized by high polarizability, high magnetic anomalies, low resistivity anomalies and high Cu,Ni and Co geochemical anomalies, and the rock in this area has good conditions for prospecting.(4) Nickel and cobalt elements show high anomaly curve in ultrabasic rock exposed area, chemical analysis results of Co, Ni show that Serpentinite containing Ni 0.32% -0.67%,Co 0.0098% -0.015%; Silicified augiteperidotite Ni 0.53%,Co 0.012%;Silicified carbonate Ni 0.03%, Co 0.0041%. The rock has a better surface mineralization.(5) Analyzing results of drilling show that nickel mineralization in the ultramafic rock body is basically the whole and the grade from0.39—0.71%.(6)To preliminary analysis of the rock metallogenic model and gave advice about future mineral development have some practical meaning in depth studing the rock and Prospecting work.
