Investigation and evaluation of Hydropower project of geological disasters in Mountain areas in western China,As a result of bad environment, high mountains and deep valley, the traffic inconvenience and other factors,coupled with the complexity of engineering geological conditions, different types of adverse geological body,This will require new technologies to find ways to expand the scope of investigation and assessment of geological disasters and speed up the progress of the work to improve the level and quality of geological survey, to reduce the workload of field,Providing convenient means for the risk of the hydropower project of geological disasters in the comprehensive evaluation.In this paper, to explain the study area of remote sensing interpretation by use of SPOT high-resolution remote sensing images and aerial image fusion technology,By use of The establishment of DEM data and Three-dimensional model of remote sensing image in the work area, get Visual comparison of the work area clear of geological disasters in image data from the Three-dimensional image. To judge the distribution, development scale, border, and the impact of regional of the landslides, avalanches and debris flow gully body, to judge the law of development and development trends of the adverse geological disasters combination of related to topography, geology, lithology factor. Combinating the existing geological data and field verification, in addition to certain amount of ground survey, statistics and described the development characteristics and stability of the landslides, avalanches, debrisflows in hydropower Project Area of the study area , save a lot of time and energy for the survey of the geological disasters. In this paper, to determine the six geo-environmental factors in pregnancy disaster conditions such as lithology, geological structure, the structure of rock and soil type, hydro-geological conditions, topography, human engineering activities. Combined with the status quo of the geological disasters, selected the way of calculating the amount of information,to comprehensive Evaluate the geological disasters of the study area.The result of risk assessment of geological disasters in study area laid a good foundation for the impact analysis of the occurrence and development of debrisflow during the period of construction and operation of hydropower station, provided the basis for detailed for studing the control measures of geological disasterin study area, played a larger proposed guidance for avoiding or reducing hazard of debrisflow in project area of hydropower.Study shows that,the use of information technology such as GIS remote sensing in investigation and evaluation of geological disasters in hydropower project could expand the scope of investigation,speed up the progress of the work, reduce workload outside, improve the investigation and evaluation of geological disasters in the level and quality, appropriate to improve the information model, for quantitative researching comprehensive evaluation of geological disasters,playing the role of the guidelines for comprehensive evaluation and quantitative research of geological disasters in future.
