At present, Geological disaster has been severing and has caused serious harm to people's production and life. It is urgent to need new technology and method to solve this Problem. But in China, the financial and technical level limit to govern comprehensively disaster. Using remote sensing and GIS technology to develop geo-hazard danger evaluation is based on the above questions, it is currently one of the hot spot of geological disasters in research and is of great significance to prevent and reduce the geological disaster.Taking the geological disasters of Gongzui hydropower station in Dadu River as research object, using remote sensing date and practical field investigation data, geological disasters developmental characteristics and distribution law were studied. Combing with GIS technique and AHP model to study risk analysis and evaluation of the geological disasters. The main achievements were made as follows:(1) Through image processing and image feature analysis by using multi-platform, multi-temporal remote sensing data, based on the amendment and improve mention of the field investigation, the collapse, landslide, debris flow interpretation signs were established. And a total of 136 sites of geological hazards were extracted. From the results of interpretation and survey, The number is mainly landslide, followed by the collapse and debris flow.(2) Through the analysis, risk evaluation index system were set up,which contains 6 factors, such as slope, stratigraphic lithology, geological structure, river distribution, bank structure and human activities, geological hazards scale, distribution density etc. These factors weight were calculated by the AHP model. And hazard zoning map was gotten based on the platform of GIS software, which were divided into four grades: high-risk area (5.48%), in the danger area (24.85%), low-risk area (49.59%), free- risk area (29.08%).(3) Based on the RS and GIS technique, the work method of regional geological hazard investigation and analysis of risk assessment was summarized: data collectionâ†'analysis and Processing of RS dataâ†'the field investigationâ†'disaster information extractionâ†'factors analysis of geological hazardsâ†'regional risk assessment and analysis.It is proved by practice that in comparison with the hazard assessment of the geological hazard based on drawings, the GIS-based on hazard assessment of the geological hazard is faster and more effective. With appropriate assessment model it can be replace the traditional method of hazard assessment so as to improve the efficiency and the accuracy of hazard assessment of geographical hazard. The result showed that the combination of information value model and GIS id effective in assessment of geographical hazard risk. Then,the hazard assessment of geographical hazard advance further in modernized , quantified and modernized.
