Cadastral Management is the core of China's land management. Today's trend use modern means to achieve automation of cadastral management. GIS technology is gradually applied to the management of cadastral with the rapid development of computer. MAPGIS cadastral management information system self-develop based on MAPGIS platform by the Wuhan in to Digital Technology Co., Ltd.. It has meet the requirements of automation of Cadastral Management. The basis of cadastral data is the management of blood. So it is most Important to establish the cadastral database to meet the requirements of cadastral management information system in the automation cadastral Information System.First, describes why choose the the title of Cadastral management information system and analyses development of cadastral Management at home and abroad. In recent years, we can see at home and abroad who are committed to the development of systematic management. This papers describes that MAPGIS software platform is used to integrate the process of cadastral database and to ensure that the current trend of Cadastral database.The second part of this papers describes, in the construction process of the cadastral database, the brief introduction and applications of the measuring instruments of RTK and Electronic Total Station and dealing with field measurements of CASS platform and System integration of MAPGIS platform and day-to-day office systems of MAPGIS cadastral management information system platform.The three part of this papers describes, the spatial data access and editing of theoretical approach of data preparation and cadastral measurement of the cadastral management and vectorization of the indoor operation and data conversion, the properties data access and editing of theoretical approach of properties data collection and editing, graphics and properties connection, theoretical approach of how graphics and properties project into the Cadastral Management Information System.The four part of this papers analyses that Cadastral Management Information System support the theory of the data attributes structure of SQL Server database in detail.
