CIS Inventory Management Optimiaztion Based On Supply Chain Management

In 21^ST century, with the taking shape gradually of globalization market, enterprises face competing for the resource and market in the world, therefore need to explore one can meet management modes and methods under the new competitive environment. SCM (Supply Chain management) arises at the historic moment under this background. The appearance of SCM indicates a new development direction for the traditional inventory control. Inventory control system based on SCM shows obvious advantage in the aspects of reducing inventory cost and improving service level, that is becoming a hotspot not only in the research of the theory but also the practice of the enterprises.This thesis,based on the deeply analysis of the inventory control method ,combines with the status of CIS(Contact Image Sensor) stock and the theory of SCM , then proposes the optimization project which is using material two-dimensional classification method synthetically and adopt ting different management according to different types of materials. This thesis proposes the use of combination of many inventory management strategies from the perspective of SCM and focus on improving material tactic and material leverage by JMI(Jointly Managed Inventory) and JIT. The fact is that makes the consistent of each node of supply chains, to reduce the bullwhip effect. Just, the company of CS in the center of CIS industries would validate this technique, which reduce inventory level effectively and improve the currency flow. The research methods and improvement measures in the paper have reference value to some extent for other similar enterprises.
