The Research Of EDM Resolution Automatic Detection And The Measurement Of Baseline With High-precision

With the expansion of the scope application of EDM, there is a more and more accurate demand on EDM, a lot of work requires precision of EDM to achieve sub-millimeter level. This will require good detection methods and the use of appropriate detection instruments and equipment for detection of the EDM, to make sure that the EDM reach the necessary precision. In this paper, resolution detection of EDM and the accurate determination of the air baseline have been studied. The main works finished are listed as follows:(1) Study the current situation of EDM Detection methods, put forward the vision of designing a set of EDM resolution automatic detection system. A general overview of EDM resolution automatic detection system from the aspects of the problems which the movement system solved, the overall system design requirements, as well as the overall composition of the system and working principle, etc. At the same time, analyse the feasibility of the system.(2) Analysis and demonstrated the choice of detection system hardware module based on the aims and methods of Hardware system. Detailed introduces the components of hardware and software. Connect EDM resolution automatic detection system and the existing EDM detection system together. The system achieves precise positioning of prism, automatic measurement and data collection, at the same time automatically calculate the value of resolution.(3) Summarize and analyse the existing methods of eliminating the atmospheric effects, based on experiments, to explore the methods of elimination the atmospheric representation error, analyse the results of observation, put forward the idea of searching for day and night observation error trends of similar weather conditions, the results of the analysis which has not only determine the exact length of the baseline, but also applies to the actual detection of EDM.
